Pizza with cauliflower

For the dough:

Gas ovens

200g of flour,

20 g sugar,

135g of butter,

1 egg.

For stuffing:

400g cauliflower,

1 paprika pod,

green onion,

0,5 lemon juice,

4 tablespoons mayonnaise,

2 tablespoons chopped hazelnuts.

Method: make puff pastry and put it on a baking tray.

Separate the cauliflower into florets, mix them with peppers chopped into half rings and chopped onion.

Drizzle with lemon juice. Spread on the patty, smear it with mayonnaise and sprinkle with chopped pecans.

Bake in oven for 20 minutes.
