Pears and curaçao liqueur sorbet

We will need:

Nemox

5 fresh pears,

225g. powdered sugar,

250 ml. water,

small shot of Curaço.

Method of preparation:

Make syrup from sugar and water see Raspberry sorbet .

Make jam from peeled pears in a blender. Mix the jam with the cooled syrup and add the liqueur. Put in the freezer and chill for about 30 minutes.
