Raspberry and red currant sorbet

We will need:

Small appliances for the kitchen

125 gr. Raspberries,

100 gr. red currants,

grated peel of one orange and one lemon,

1 tablespoon lemon juice,

125 ml. water,

100g. sugar.

Method of preparation:

Make a light stroop of sugar and water see Raspberry sorbet .

Make the fruit jam in a blender and if you like, squeeze to remove the pips. Pour the fruit jelly into the ice cream maker, add the cooled sugar syrup, orange and lemon zest and lemon juice and refrigerate for about 20-30 minutes.
