Need
4 pears, 125g chocolate, 1 Tbsp. l. cream, 2 tbsp. l. lemon juice.
Preparing
Peel and core the pears, leaving the stalks. Peeled pears, sprinkle with lemon juice, put into the steamer and cook for 16-18 minutes. Let them cool. Melt chocolate with 1 tbsp. Spoon water in a steam bath. Add cream and mix thoroughly.
Put pears in the dessert plates and pour hot chocolate over them.
