Onion bread 1000g
Ingredients:
Water โ 250 ml
Butter โ 1 tablespoon
Salt โ 1 teaspoon
Sugar โ 2 tablespoons
Coarse chopped onion โ 1 pc
Flour โ 540 g
Yeast โ 1 teaspoon
The onions can be fried for a different flavour, or you can use green, also a very interesting variant. When kneading the dough, make sure the dough is stiff and does not stick to the sides, if necessary add flour in small portions.

Does the onion bread from Zelmer have a strong onion flavor, or is it more subtle? Iโm considering trying it, but Iโm not sure if it would be too overpowering.
