White bread from Zelmer

White bread 1000gr

Ingredients:

Zelmer 43Z011 bread machine

Water – 300 ml

Creamed butter – 1,5 tablespoons

Salt – 1 teaspoon

Sugar – 1 tablespoon

Flour – 540g

Yeast – 1 teaspoon

When kneading the dough, make sure the dough is stiff and does not stick to the walls. If necessary, add flour in small portions.

The white bread wasn’t exactly simple: the recipe calls for butter in the dough, resulting in a delicate crumb with a noble flavor, a crispy crust. The loaf is baked, browned on the sides, but the top, as you can see, remains pale.
