French Onion Soup
You will need:
2 onions, 1 tablespoon of wheat flour,
1.5 l of water, 50 g grated cheese, wheat bread for croutons, 80 g butter, black pepper to taste, salt to taste
Cooking
In the bottom of the pressure cooker without a lid, fry the onions cut in half rings in butter, sprinkle the onions with flour and stir until the mass begins to brown.
Fill with cold water, close lid tightly, add salt and pepper and simmer for 10 minutes. When done, steam in a slow cooker.
Before serving, make croutons or toast white bread. Sprinkle the soup on a plate, put the hot toast in each plate and sprinkle with grated cheese.
