  • Two models are equipped with standard touch control,
  • The Candy CIS642SCTT is controlled by a monoslider,
  • Candy CIS642MCTT model has multi-slider control.

Slider control makes it quick and easy to select the power of each cooking zone. Slide your finger over the slider and select the appliance power level or set it to the desired power level.

On the panel there are keys with additional functions:

  1. Keep warm” function key for CIS642MCTT, CIS642SCTT , in case you need to keep the dish warm for a long time.
  2. BOOSTER function key all models have it , which increases the burner power and heats it quickly.

All new induction hobs in this new range have the function of locking the controls, which is always useful for families with children, as well as when cleaning the surface, preventing accidental activation of the hob.

The pause function also comes in handy at any time. For example, in case you receive an important call while cooking. In this case, you can put the hob in the “Pause” mode: from this moment, the dishes are kept at a minimum heat. When you finish speaking, by pressing the same button the hob comes out of the “Pause” mode and continues cooking in the same mode that was originally set.

All models of the new range except the base CJ2D46TKT have this feature.

The minimum diameter of pans which can be used on these hobs is only 120 mm, otherwise a special symbol appears on the display to indicate the lack of cookware.

Thanks to “Power Control” the new Candy induction hobs can be installed even in homes with limited energy resources as the connection power of the hob can be adjusted from 7,4 kW to 2,5 kW, thus ensuring safe use also at home.

All models are equipped with a multitimer for up to 99 minutes, which can be activated for several plates at the same time. Multitimer can operate either in the heating off mode or with a simple beep without turning off the heat.

The New CANDY induction hobs offer several unique features and advantages compared to traditional gas or electric hobs. Firstly, induction hobs heat the cookware directly through electromagnetic fields, resulting in faster and more precise cooking. They provide instant heat control and the ability to adjust temperatures quickly, allowing for efficient and accurate cooking.

Another advantage is safety. Unlike gas hobs, induction hobs do not have an open flame, reducing the risk of accidental fires. Additionally, induction hobs only heat the area in contact with the cookware, minimizing the possibility of burns. They also have built-in safety features like auto-shutoff and residual heat indicators.

Induction hobs are also energy-efficient. They are highly responsive and transfer heat directly to the cookware, minimizing energy waste. Moreover, they distribute heat evenly, reducing the likelihood of hot spots and ensuring consistent cooking results.

Furthermore, cleaning induction hobs is easier compared to gas or electric hobs. As the surface remains cool during cooking, spills and splatters do not burn or stick, making it simple to wipe away messes.

In conclusion, the New CANDY induction hobs offer unique features such as faster and precise cooking, enhanced safety, energy efficiency, and easy cleaning, making them a superior choice compared to traditional gas or electric hobs.
