flexInduction induction hobs from Siemens

Siemens introduces new models of flexInduction series induction cooktops – even more convenient and efficient. Combining advanced technology, ingenious design, and unique features, cooking has never been easier, more comfortable, or safer.

Electric panels

Electromagnetic induction is the most efficient and fastest heating technology used in household hobs. It generates heat directly at the bottom of the pot, transferring the heat to the contents with almost no heat loss.

In this case, the burners themselves are heated insignificantly – only by contact with dishes, and the temperature of the surfaces around them remains virtually unchanged, which ensures safety and eliminates the problem of food sticking to the surface of the panel.

This property is due to the “directional thermal conductivity” of glass ceramic, of which the hob is made: it conducts heat well vertically and poorly along the surface.

The width of the cooking zones in the new Siemens flexInduction models has been increased to 24 cm, which enables you to freely choose the size of your cookware. Zones are expanded by shifting the oval inductors 2 cm to the left and right, so the heating is even, even when cooking on the tray.

The pot sensors selectively switch on the required inductors, so that both the miniature coffee pot and the large tepanyaki griddle are heated efficiently and quickly.

Sensor for optimal cooking intensity and fully automatic control of the cooking process, for uniform cooking and intense flavor.

Each zone’s heating power is set via Touchslider controls with 17 possible power steps. Combined with the high thermal efficiency and rapid response of the inductors, this allows you to regulate the temperature to the most precise level and prepare the most complex dishes with ease.

Siemens flexInduction cooking plates have a number of features that ensure safety and comfort, including an off timer, a short-term lock for surface cleaning, child safety lock, main switch and residual heat indicators. The PowerBoost boost boost function increases the power of a zone up to 3.7 kW, and the new Quick Start and Restart functions allow you to instantly start cooking.

For extra control and to protect the domestic electricity grid from overloads, the new induction hobs have an energy indication display to help you optimize your energy consumption and a PowerManagement function that limits the total power consumption of the hob, if necessary.

The upgraded Siemens flexInduction series includes black hobs in 60 and 90 cm width.

EH675MV17E 60 cm – 4 flexInduction induction plates that can be combined into two zones of 24×40 cm to suit the size and shape of pans. Maximum power consumption 7.2 kW.

Siemens flexInduction induction plates are not only skilful culinary aids, but they also make your kitchen space stand out and give it a touch of elegance.

Perfectly smooth surface of stoves made of durable glass ceramic will keep its flawless appearance for many years of intensive use.

The zones are presented not only in an elegant black color models EH675MV17E and EH975SZ17E , but also in a stylish metallic color, which is available in the previous Siemens hobs series EH879SP17E, EH679MN27E .
