Lingonberry jam

We will need:

Lingonberry jamvarene_iz_brusnik

1 kg of lingonberries,

2 kg of sugar,

&frac34 Glass of water.

Method of preparation:

Pour washed cranberries into boiling water and boil for 10-15 minutes. Prepare the syrup and add the cooled berries to it. Cook over low heat with constant boiling of the syrup.


. Lingonberries are very acidic, so they need more sugar for jam.
