Features

The shape of loaves baked in this oven is that of bricks, which makes the bread look familiar and appealing.

The American Cook program offers five recipes: honey mustard, pumpkin, sour cream, rye bread and kulich loaf . All recipes are interesting, for example the pumpkin one is made with grated pumpkin pulp, the kulich involves two loads, the first of which is a marshmallow. No less interesting recipe for rye bread, it is made with sourdough. The sourdough must be put in advance and kept in the refrigerator.

The basic bread mode is suitable for most recipes with a high wheat flour content and the program allows you to experiment by adding spicy ingredients to the simplest recipes: fried onion, green onion, fresh minced garlic, dried paprika and tomatoes, seeds, nuts, raisins, sausages, cheese and much more. The program lasts 3 hours 40 minutes.

The program of baking sweet muffin bread is called the Special. It is designed for making bread with a high fat content.

French bread with a thin and tender crust and a spongy crumb is made with the appropriately named program, which differs significantly from the other programs. It has a long preheating cycle and a long 50min cooking time. The pause between the kneading phases is just the thing that makes the bread especially crispy. The shortened program lasts 2 hours without a minute. The basic rule for using it is to minimize the number of ingredients that make it difficult to rise the dough: flour with low protein content rye, corn, buckwheat, etc. , graham flour pumpernickel, sourdough, etc. , flour with a relatively low content of pumpernickel. , bran, sunflower seeds.

All programs end with a three hour keep warm phase, which starts automatically if you don’t take the bread out.

All other programs are auxiliary. The Cupcake mode is intended for baking sweet pastries according to the recipes of the appliance or your own. The appliance does not mix the dough, you have to do this yourself, but immediately proceeds to baking, which lasts 60 minutes. The dough program lasts 1 hour, the dough is yeasty, simple – for pies, pizzas, dumplings. Mixing is done in two phases for a total of 18 minutes with a short pause for extraction of the gluten. Warming up takes 40 minutes.

Jam mode is designed for a berry or fruit portion of 450-540 grams. The manual contains some simple recipes, but you can also use the ones you’re used to.

Operation

The program is selected by pressing the “Menu” button, and the indicator next to the corresponding name lights up. The display shows the duration of the process and, after the start, the time until the end of the process. Other settings: selecting the color of the crust and – if necessary – turning on the timer.
