Ice cream with rum and raisins

We will need:

Small appliances for the kitchen

4 egg yolks,

100g. sugar,

250 ml. milk,

250 ml. cream,

50g. raisins,

50 ml. dark rum.

Method:

Soak the raisins in rum for a few hours or better overnight before cooking. In a large bowl, mix the egg yolks and sugar, then, while continuing to mix, add the boiling milk. Wait until the custard has cooled and then pour it into the PURPLE together with the milk and raisins. Chill for about 20-30 minutes.
