Bork E801 ice cream maker: your own homemade ice cream

Bork presents a new product – an ice cream maker Bork E801, with which you can easily prepare four kinds of cool treats at home: sorbet, frozen yogurt, gelato and ice cream. The novelty works both in automatic mode, allowing you to cook dessert at the touch of a button and in manual mode with the possibility to be creative.

The E801 with automatic modes allows you to make your choice of four childhood favorites: sorbet, frozen yogurt, gelato and ice cream.

It features an integrated ice cream maker, which generates the necessary cold inside the appliance.

Manual mode allows you to be creative and make your own desserts according to your recipes. Pre-cooling function PRE-COOL allows you to prepare the appliance in advance by cooling the freezer down to -10…-30 °C, which significantly reduces the overall cooking time. Thanks to the KEEP COOL function, the ice cream maker is able to keep cool by preventing the dessert from melting for 3 hours.

A window in the lid lets you add extra ingredients while you’re baking. With a beep it tells you when to add chocolate chips, fresh fruit, jam, marmalade or juice to give your desserts a unique flavour.

With the E801, you can be sure of the quality and naturalness of the ingredients in your cold dessert.

How easy is it to use the Bork E801 ice cream maker? Can it make larger batches of ice cream or just small servings? Is it noisy during operation?

I’m intrigued by the Bork E801 ice cream maker and its promise of homemade ice cream. Can anyone share their experience with this machine? How easily does it work? Is the ice cream quality comparable to store-bought ones? And most importantly, is it worth the investment? Would love to hear your thoughts before making a purchase!
