Bread with raisins 750g



Milk – 350 ml

Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons

Salt – 0.5 teaspoons

Honey – 2 tablespoons

Wheat flour – 3 scoops

Yeast – 1 scoop

Cinnamon – 1 scoop

Raisins/dried fruit – 1 tablespoon

Select “Quick Baking” program. Duration: 2 hours 10 minutes.

When kneading the dough make sure the ball is dense and does not stick to the walls, if necessary, add flour in small portions.

For the third day of dough for Bork bread maker, we chose a very delicious recipe: bread with raisins on honey, with dried fruits and cinnamon. Look at the photo – it’s beautiful! The tasters gave it an “excellent” rating.
