Homemade waffles

Will need:

Butter 70g,

sugar 100g,

flour 80 g,

kefir 250g,

2 eggs.

Cooking: Melt butter, let cool, beat with eggs and sugar, pour in kefir, then add sifted flour and knead the dough consistency should be denser than pancake dough .

Grease form with butter, heat on the stove on both sides. Open mold, pour in 2 spoonfuls of batter, cover and fry on heat for 2-3 minutes on both sides.

Waffles must be rolled up in a ball or tube until they are cold.
