Recipes for Multicooker: Homemade Rye Bread

Today we will cook homemade rye bread on a Cuckoo multicooker

.

For this we select the program mode

“COOKING”.

We will need:

1. Instant yeast – 2 hrs.l.

2. Water – 2 m.ST.

3. Salt – 2 ch.l.

4. Cocoa with slides – 2tbsp.l.

5. Brown sugar – 2 Tbsp.l.

6. Wheat flour – 2 m.tbsp.

7. Rye flour – 2 m.Tbsp.

Cuckoo CR-1051 Multicooker

Cooking:

1. Mix yeast and water in a big bowl T=40C and let it melt for 10 minutes a foamy cap appears on the water surface .

2. We add salt, cocoa, sugar and all the flour to the water. Knead the dough to make it not too runny, pliable and sticky. If necessary, add more rye flour. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a towel and leave to rise for 1 hour.

3. Make the dough and place it in an oiled bowl of the multicooker, cover with a towel and leave to proof for 45 minutes.

4. If desired, grease bread with protein and sprinkle with rye flakes, sesame or cumin.

5. using buttons “right” and “left” select “OVEN” program set the time – 45 minutes and level 2 of temperature.

Wrap the bread in a towel and cool completely.

The bread tastes better on the second or third day.
