Grilled fish from BBK recipes
We cooked it in automatic mode, but in principle this dish can be cooked in any microwave oven with a grill.
Fish – 2 fish carcasses or fillets 275g each we took frozen pink salmon . Marinade: 150g mayonnaise, spicy herbs, grill seasoning, lemon seasoning for fish.
Marinate the fish for 1 hour in this mixture. Place the pieces on the grill rack and place on the glass turntable.
You can try making this dish with a combination microwave and grill. The main thing is not to overcook, so set the original time to 5 minutes. It’s always easier to add!
