Grilled cheese with vegetables

Ingredients:

Combi ovens

zucchini – 1 pc.

Eggplant – 1 Piece.

Onion – 1 pc.

Sweet bell pepper – 1 pc.

Suluguni – 300 g.

Preparation: Slice a small zucchini, eggplant and onion lettuce into thin slices, cut bell peppers into strips. Place on oiled grill and grill on both sides. Dice suluguni cheese and add it to the vegetables. Roast until cheese is golden in color. Serve hot.
