We will need
For 2 servings:
200g of chicken fillet,
2 lemons,
Cinnamon,
salt,
red pepper.
Cooking
Cut the chicken filet into big pieces and Dollars it with salt, cinnamon and hot red pepper.
Cut lemon into large slices. Put the fillets in a bowl, squeeze out the juice of the lemon and fold in the slices.
Cover and leave in fridge for 30 minutes. Then take out, brush the slices with oil and fry over medium heat for 4 to 6 minutes on each side until browned.
