Key features of the Fujifilm X-T4

The Fujifilm X-T4 uses a 26.1MP “X-Trans™ CMOS 4” back-illuminated sensor and high performance “X-Processor 4” image processor. Combined with Fujifilm’s color reproduction technology, developed over 80 years ago during the development of photographic films, these latest gadgets deliver the same vibrant and saturated colors remembered by many in the past.

18 film simulation modes, including the new ETERNA Bleach Bypass, are pre-installed. This mode simulates the traditional silver halide film processor. It allows you to capture images with a special atmosphere due to the low saturation and high contrast of the colors.

The Fujifilm X-T4 is the first X-T model with built-in image stabilization IBIS . The stabilization system used compensates for unwanted camera shake in five axes and its effectiveness is rated at 6.5 stops. This efficiency is due to the use of new materials, improved layout of the shutter dampening structure and high-sensitivity gyro sensors. IBIS Block in the new camera is 8 times more accurate than X-H1 and is 30% smaller and 20% lighter than X-H1.

The Fujifilm X-T4 features an ultra-fast mechanical shutter that uses a new high-torque, coreless DC motor. The shutter module is twice as durable, with an estimated 300,000 shots, and operates 30% quieter than X-T3.

The Fujifilm X-T4 autofocus system has new data processing algorithms which together with the phase AF points allow the camera to capture the subject in as fast as 0.02 sec. Also the autofocus tracking function has been vastly improved. Tracking efficiency doubled compared to the X-T3. The autofocus with eye and face recognition has also increased significantly, making portraits even easier than before.

The camera sees through an electronic viewfinder or an LCD touch screen that has been given a swivel mechanism. The viewfinder provides 0.75x magnification and has a 0 diagonal OLED panel.5″ and resolution of 3.69 megapixel. The LCD screen in turn has a 3-inch diagonal and a resolution of 1.62 MP

The X-T4 doesn’t stop at just taking photos. The camera is capable of recording 4K/60P video with 10-bit 4:2:0 color depth to an SD card.
