For marinade mix olive oil, lemon juice, crushed garlic, spices and honey. Lightly batter the turkey meat, Dollars with this mixture and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Smoking
: put 1 tsp.l. put chips and juniper berries in a bowl for chips, close the lid of the bowl. Place the meat on the wire shelf. Pour 50 ml of hot water into the bowl of the smoker. Turn on “Hot Smoke” mode for 40 min. At the end of the program leave it for another 10 minutes. “Let it cook. Serve on lettuce leaves, neatly diced cheese and slices of figs, serve honey separately. Steamed carrots and asparagus can be used as a garnish.
