For dessert:
2 1/2 cups coconut milk,
4 cups cow’s milk,
1 cup condensed milk

1 cup corn starch,
1 tbsp. Spoonful of olive oil.
For the syrup:
2 large mangoes,
juice ¼ lemon,
1/5 ch. spoons of cinnamon,
1/5 ch. Spoon in ground cloves,
1.5 cup sugar.
Method of preparation:
Combine regular milk, condensed milk, and 2 cups of coconut milk and, stirring, cook until thickened. Dissolve the starch in 0.5 cup of coconut milk, add to the mixture and cook until viscous. Chill, whisk until frothy, put into oiled tin and chill. Peel the mango and cut into small pieces, add the other syrup ingredients and, stirring too, cook until the mango is soft. Cool. Pour the syrup over the previously prepared mixture and freeze.
