Canon PowerShot A810/A1300 compact camera review

The PowerShot low-end A810 and A1300 are not only Canon’s most affordable cameras, but also one of the least expensive on the market as a whole. What you can get for the price of three thousand Dollars? Not so little.

16 MP 28-140 5x 2.7″ $110

In today’s “minimum set” includes a 16-megapixel sensor and a wide-angle lens with 5x optical zoom, but without the stabilization system. Smart electronics does not count on manual intervention, but offers a small set of interesting functions and effects. Videos are recorded at 1280×720 pixels. Simplified look camera screens – only 2.7 inches with a standard resolution of 230 thousand. points. Both models are powered by affordable thumbtack batteries, the charge of which lasts for more than two hundred frames.

Performance is certainly not impressive compared to the advanced speed models with built-in GPS receivers and wireless networks. But in practice they certainly allow you to get good pictures and do not suffer at all. The cameras are, oddly enough, almost indistinguishable from each other, but the A1300 has an optical viewfinder. If it matters to anyone.
