Cake-bese Pavlova

Cooking in convection mode from Panasonic recipes

Large appliances for the kitchen

We didn’t make this, but it’s worth a try! Whisk 3 egg whites into a stiff foam. Gradually, without stopping to whisk, pour in 3/4 cup powdered sugar.

Add 1/2 ch. l. Vanilla essence, 1/2 tsp. l. Vinegar and 1 tbsp. l. cornstarch. Stir gently.

Spoon the egg whites onto the tray in the form of balls the size of walnuts. Cook in a preheated oven at 100°C in convection mode for 90 minutes.

Cool, arrange meringue in a pile. Spread with fruit slices and decorate with whipped cream.
