The French invented the porridge week?

According to one version “porridge week” back at the beginning of the last century was invented by a French nutritionist. According to other versions, it’s an ancient way to cleanse the body of toxins.

How to cook?

We take buckwheat, pour cool boiling water over it, and leave it to soak for the night it doesn’t need to be boiled. Do not salt buckwheat, do not add sugar, you can pour it in kefir 1% fat . You can eat as much buckwheat as you like and no more than 1 liter of kefir a day. You can drink as much water as you like: plain or non-carbonated mineral water.

100 g of rice contains: protein – 5.9 g, fat – 0.9 g, carbohydrates – 68.3 g, energy value – 314 kcal. Rice is tasty and nutritious, it has the ability to absorb and remove from the body various salts, toxins and other harmful substances. The rice diet not only helps to lose weight but also contributes to the purification of the organism. Use uncooked rice, as it contains enough B vitamins. In any variant of the rice diet, it is recommended to take potassium supplements to avoid a deficiency of this vital element in the body.

Getting into the self-cleaning process

Take four glasses, fill each with clean cold water, preferably filtered, and add two tablespoons of rinsed rice to each glass. Put the glasses in a cool place for four days, remembering to change the water daily. On the 4th day, rinse rice from the first cup, boil, rinse again and eat. Place a new portion of rice in this glass. The next day, eat the rice from the second cup and t. d. Eat rice on an empty stomach, do not eat anything afterwards for 2 hours. During the day, eat as usual it is still better to exclude fatty and spicy food from your diet . The course duration is 2 weeks.

Tough option

Boil a glass of rice and eat it in small portions during the day, drinking apple juice. If you have a strong feeling of hunger, you can eat 2-3 apples. Duration – 1 to 3 days, “one-day” variant can be repeated once a week, “three-day” – once a month.

A soft version

When cooking rice, add lean meats and fish, vegetables and fruits green peas, corn, raisins . Amount of rice – up to 500 g per day, all “additives” – up to 200 g per day.

Divide everything into 5-6 meals. You can eat fruit between meals. Duration – 7-10 days, repeat no sooner than once every 2 months.
