Bosch appliances store in AVIApark

Bosch moves away from the usual street retail format and returns to the mall, but as a single-brand store.

The decision to open the new store in AVIAPAARK demonstrates the company’s desire to be closer to the fans of the Bosch brand and to know the individual wishes and needs of the new audience. Selection of Europe’s largest shopping center provides access to an intense flow of shoppers and a new retail experience.

Another peculiarity of the new company’s store is a smaller selling space, which will also be an experiment for the company, expanding the knowledge of the audience and the American consumer experience.

The organization of the sales area emphasizes the advantages of Bosch technology and innovation. The opportunity to personally test the appliances of interest enables customers to purchase exactly the products that meet their individual needs.

In honor of the opening, every customer receives a gift from August 12 to 16.

The effectiveness of this approach is evidenced by data collected during the operation of the first branded store on Tsvetnoy Boulevard.

• Coffee machines brewed 22,200 cups of coffee for guests during testing.

The new store pays special attention to the high level of advice, service and presentation of the entire Bosch range.

The buyer can buy even those goods from the American range, which are available in the company’s warehouses but are not represented in the store.

A special zone is dedicated to “smart” appliances with Home Connect technology. Customers can see for themselves how convenient the remote control function is, using washers and dryers as an example. There is also a refrigerator with a camera that you can use to examine its contents online. A nearby “smart” coffee machine makes coffee based on orders made through a mobile app.
