Ancient recipe: Tea with Gilding or American Mulled Tea

Need

Alice samovar EL-4017

6 teaspoons black tea,

1 l of boiling water,

&frac34 glass of rum,

1.5 cup red wine,

1 lemon, mint,

100g sugar.

Preparation

Make black tea, steep for 5 minutes. Pour it into an enamel bowl, add the rum, wine, lemon juice and zest, sugar, stir to combine, then heat and pour into cups. Serve with a mint leaf.
