Pour 1 liter of fresh milk into the pressure cooker, close it with the lid and put it on high heat. Once you reach a high pressure, turn down the heat and continue boiling the milk for 10-15 minutes. To get a thick, appetizing froth, increase this time to 20 minutes. Allow pressure cooker to cool slowly.

From this melted milk you can get homemade ryazhenka, if you add a teaspoon of sour cream to a liter of cooled milk, stir it and put in a warm place. A little time you have – great homemade product, the freshest!
