Young Green Salad

Needed:

1 bunch of rucola,

1 bunch of any leaf lettuce,

1 bunch of basil,

Handful of pine nuts,

Handful of peeled toasted pumpkin seeds,

Chopped almonds or pecans,

A small cup of pomegranate seeds cranberries, lingonberries .

For the sauce: olive oil

Pomegranate cranberry or cherry juice,

salt, pepper.

Preparation: rinse and dry the greens, tear with your hands take only the leaves of basil , put in a salad bowl. Sprinkle everything with a mixture of nuts and seeds, pour the sauce of butter and juice. Serve with grilled vegetables: sweet peppers, tomatoes, eggplant, zucchini.
