So many holidays ahead: Valentineā€™s Day, February 23, March 8, birthdays, and just friendly parties. What to surprise your guests?? Everybody is bored with the daily set of salads and hot dishes, but we donā€™t want to spend 24 hours in the kitchen..

Octopus Salad

Octopus salad with tomatoes and green peas

We will need:

100g boiled octopus, 50g boiled potatoes, 50g cherry tomatoes, 30g frozen green peas, 3g watercress peas, 40g olive oil, 1 garlic clove, salt, pepper. For the sauce: 30 ml olive oil, 10 g honey, 10 ml lemon juice, salt, pepper.

Preparation:

Chop octopus and potatoes coarsely and fry with garlic in olive oil. Halve the tomatoes, boil the green peas in boiling water and leave on ice. Mix all the ingredients for the salad in a bowl, season with salt and pepper. Place everything on a plate, pour sauce and garnish with sprouted peas.
