MTE662T and MTE452T
MTE662T in M.2 2280 meets the requirements of NVMe 1.3 and features the PCIe Gen3 x4 interface, which uses four lanes for simultaneous data transfer and reception. The solid-state drive features DRAM cache based on DDR4 memory chips and performs sequential read and write operations at speeds of up to 3,400 MB/s and 2,300 MB/s, respectively. The drive also achieves up to 355,000 IOPS for random read and write operations on 4K blocks of data.
MTE452T comes in a compact M.2 2242. With the use of DDR3 cache memory and dynamic SLC cache, MTE452T SSD achieves read and write speeds of 1,700 MB/s and 1,250 MB/s, respectively.
