Toshiba Memory Europe introduces three new M303 microSDXC memory cards to complement its EXCERIA™ series. The M303 cards feature a capacity of up to 256GB, a read speed of up to 98MB/s, and a write speed of up to 65MB/s, meeting the new Video Speed Class 30 V30 standard and allowing users to record and store content in 4K Ultra HD.
The M303 card performance category guarantees 4K Ultra HD video recording, essential for today’s action cameras, DVRs and drones. The card can also be used in smartphones that support the microSDXC specification to record high-resolution video and images at high speed. The M303 card meets Video Speed Class 30 V30 requirements and delivers a data transfer rate of at least 30MB/s for use with recommended UHS devices under conditions defined by the SD Association standards.
Utilizing Toshiba Memory Corporation’s proprietary BiCS FLASH™ 3D flash technology, these storage solutions offer greater capacity. The M303 card offers capacities of 64GB, 128GB and 256GB, and can store more than thirty thousand high-resolution images or over five hours of 4K video. The M303 card has a temperature range of -25 to +85 degrees Celsius, is impact and shock resistant, X-ray proof, moisture proof, and combines high reliability with high speed performance even in harsh environments. M303 cards come with a standard five-year limited warranty.
“The M303 cards give you the ability to store and create large amounts of high-resolution content without interrupting video recording to change media or deleting files to free up memory. These cards also provide smartphone write performance improvements over our previous model,” said Sandrine Aubert, Product Marketing Manager, Toshiba Memory Europe.
