It works well enough, but like all such designs, it clogs quickly. That is, the nozzle is best used strictly for the intended purpose – to collect hair. If the carpet ran on the kids in outdoor shoes – take the main nozzle. Power switch

There’s a master switch on the body that sets the vacuum cleaner to the desired wattage. It has only 2 positions, “minimum” and “maximum”, but it can be infinitely adjusted in between. The handle has an airflow control valve, but it’s not much help if you select, for instance, the maximum power. Still have to bend down and reduce the power on the body.

The convenience of the tank

The plastic tank has a handle and plastic latch for this. It is very handy to hold the tool in one hand over the bucket and press the button with the other hand and you have a nice vertical dustbowl.
