Test result

For baking a white loaf, we have selected the recipe for table bread with butter and powdered milk. We had a very homemade, unusual bread with soft crumb and crispy crust photo 1 .

Kulich photo 2 we cooked according to the manufacturerā€™s recipe, adding components in two steps. The first dough was kneaded for about 15 minutes., Then, on cue, we brought in the second batch of products. The loaf is crispy, fluffy and delicious.

The honey mustard bread photo 3 also turned out great: the loaf is beautiful and has a pleasant, complex flavor.

A traditional theme for the manufacturer is the presence of programs for national dishes, in this case, the mode ā€œAmerican Cookā€ is designed for baking rye, pumpkin, honey-mustard, sour cream bread, kulich, as well as other types of bread according to your recipes.

Special mode is designed for baked goods that contain a lot of sugar, fat, cheese and eggs. For white bread the basic mode is used. Judging by the sheet, all three mentioned programs are identical, the only difference being the intensity of kneading.

The ā€œquick breadā€ program takes about 2 hours.

The Dough mode is mainly used for making yeast dough, and the process takes just over an hour. But in the collection there is a recipe for unleavened pizza and dumplings dough.

The most curious features of the device are the additional functions of cooking yogurt and butter. Yogurt is kept at a comfortable temperature for bacteria for 6 to 8 hours. The butter is whipped in an hour. Both modes produce homemade, safe products that are safe for children.

Features of work: as you can see, the device does not have a viewing window, perhaps for some this is a drawback. But thereā€™s no leakage of heat, and look how beautifully the loaves are browned on top. Perhaps this effect is also due to the height of the lid, which is 8.5 cm.

Model is equipped with automatic dispenser, it allows adding dried fruits, nuts and other ingredients to the dough in time without userā€™s intervention. Dispenser is especially handy if you use a timer. In some programs, the function is activated automatically and can be cancelled if necessary.

Loaf: 500, 700, 1000 g. A little more than a liter of yogurt and about 200 g of butter can be cooked in one cycle.

The bucket: very unusual, almost square at the base and high inner dimensions WxHxH 145x135x170 mm . Enjoyed the material it is thicker than usual and granular coating. The loaf turns out compact and high.

If you bake a loaf, it will look quite acceptable, especially glazed or sprinkled with powdered sugar.

Butter is cooked in the same bucket, a paddle is placed, cream is poured, a plastic lid is put on top. For yogurt, the set comes in a special mold with a lid made of transparent, smooth plastic. This mold is placed inside the oven instead of the main mold.

Controls: the entire panel has American-language captions. The settings are made with touch buttons, you choose a program from the menu and the light indicator against the corresponding program on the panel lights up. Next you select the degree of roasting, which is indicated on the display by a letter A/B/C , together with the mode number, for example: 1A. The loaf size is not entered.

Unfortunately, there is no indication of the cooking stage, moreover, the beeper does not sound very loud. Because of that, itā€™s not immediately obvious whatā€™s going on in the oven. For example, when baking is complete, the mode of keeping warm is activated immediately, and it is not clear whether the bread can be taken out or not yet.

The timer has a running time of 13 hours and is included in all programs except muffin, jam, yogurt and butter.

Comfort

This is the most intelligent dough baker, it can not be heard at all, it works accurately, so that it just did not need to be cleaned. The bucket is well fixed inside and easy to remove.

Very massive lid ā€“ 8.5 cm high. The dispenser for additives is located under the main black lid it locks firmly , no problems with loading nuts or raisins: fill, close the lid. The oven fills up the components at the right time.

Another nice detail ā€“ a magnetic pocket, where you can store basic recipes and they will always be at hand.

Care: minimal ā€“ the black lid is vulnerable, there will be types of dirt. No dust inside the device.

Instruction: expanded, detailed description of the features of work, the way of programming, tips for beginners. The user is offered about thirty recipes for bread, 9 recipes for dough, muffins, jams. The algorithm for making yogurt and butter is thoroughly explained.

For baking rye bread the manufacturer gives a recipe on sourdough, which Iā€™ve never seen before. It is an adapted version of the classic method, but it takes longer to implement than the normal method because the leaven takes 18 hours to mature.

It is not very convenient that the measure of some ingredients is given only in cups, for example 5/8 cup sugar cup volume, by the way, is given as 230 ml , it would be good to duplicate it in grams for clarity.

Aesthetics

The oven is nice enough, the design is neutral, the only thing not quite clear is why the lid is black. But if you have a black glass ceramic or kettle in your kitchen, everything falls into place.
