ERGONOMICS AND SAFETY
One of the most compact and lightest model among those tested. Non-slip soft grip handle provides a comfortable grip. Buttons of speeds also are rubberized and well “sunk”, to press them carelessly as a result of a touch is impossible, though we note that in the latest models of this brand provides locking.
Attachments detach by pressing 2 rubberized buttons, which are tight. Whisk attachment consists of 2 parts – the drive and the whisk itself, it is important not to lose the drive. Power cord is one of the shortest, this is not very convenient. Noise level is average, but you can feel the vibration on the 1 speed.
FUNCTIONAL
In the BRAUN Multiquick 5 line you can choose from 6 different models with different features. Model MQ 535 Sauce has not only whisk but also a mini-shredder with lid 0,5 L for herbs, onions, cheese, spices, nuts, small amounts of meat, etc.p.
QUALITY OF WORK
Vegetables. We got perfect mashed potatoes without lumps on the second speed the first time. The result is simply brilliant: no potato flecks, a smooth and homogeneous mass.
Milkshake with frozen strawberries. I also pulverized frozen strawberries with milk at the first try, and there were lots of air bubbles in the smoothie and its consistency won us over with its tenderness.
Protein. Excellent results, protein froth rose to 34 mm, consistency of the foam is quite dense and homogeneous.
A REMARK FROM THE “CONSUMER”:
Double blade cleverly curved to ensure that it works in different planes, tulip-shaped bell prevents splashing. But note that the model has only two speeds and not the most powerful 500-600 W motor, while the quality of work demonstrates just excellent! Worth wondering if you need too many speeds and other “frills? The modest BRAUN Multiquick 5 puts it to the test.
Excellent performance “on all fronts”, comfortable handle, lightweight and compact, European-assembly.
Short wire.
