Impressions

The options of this model is pleased both with the general variety of modes, and the availability of individual selection of cooking times for different foods. In many of the modes it is possible to change the time to increase or decrease from 5 minutes to 12 hours, in increments of 1 min ./5 minutes./30 min., depending on the program .

I was pleased with the Yogurt mode. In the automatically preset time 8 hours a liter of milk and a cup of plain yogurt resulted in a homogeneous and sufficiently thick consistency and very delicate milk product. Time can be optionally adjusted from 6 to 12 hours in increments of 30 min.

You can also use the Steam Basket and Roast mode to cook vegetables, fish or meat. The time range can vary from 5 to 50 minutes.

The Fry mode copes with its task “perfectly”. Chicken thighs and apples are done in 30 minutes – evenly cooked.

A similar function is performed in the Cooking program. The default cooking time is 1.5 hours can be varied from 1 to 2 hours in 5 minute steps . In addition, it is possible to use the delayed start option.

In the “Steamer” program, you can cook two dishes at the same time – boil the potatoes and place, for example, cutlets on top.

I would like to specially note the Stewing mode. In two hours we cooked a mixture of vegetables and meat. All pieces of meat remained intact, and the meat was tender and juicy. Cooking times can be adjusted up to 12 hours, in 30 minute steps.

For porridges, there is no special mode in this multicooker, it is suggested to cook them in the Soup mode. I even boiled a pearl barley, which we consider to be the most difficult vegetable to cook. In one hour it was well-cooked, crumbly and fragrant. In this mode, the cooking time can vary from 1 to 4 hours. When cooking porridges it is a good idea to let them simmer for another 30 minutes in the Hold Temperature mode to “pop” the product.

As for cooking milk porridge, it is possible, but at first you need to carefully control the process and not to overdo the volume of milk/water/grits, so that the porridge does not run away.

The “warming” mode is programmed for 20 minutes. At 10 minutes one liter of liquid boils, so it makes sense to turn it off earlier, without bringing it to a boil, by pressing the “Stop” button.

You can manually turn the cooking process on and off in the Quick Cooking mode or in the Delay cooking mode. The end of the cooking process is controlled by the “Stop” button.

In “Baking” mode the dough was baked well and evenly, although there was no crispy crust on the top.

The Pasta mode is very convenient. As soon as the water boils, the buzzer sounds sounds every 30 sec . and a light signal will remind you to add the pasta. Directly the cooking process is programmed for 8 min., Can be extended for up to 20 minutes. Depending on the type of pasta, you can cook the potatoes in 1-minute increments.

At the end of all cooking modes, except for Yogurt, the device automatically switches to keep warm mode.
