The difference between this machine and other ice cream makers is not only its striking design and compact size. The lid of the dishwasher has no hooks and attaches simply by its corrugated edge. No hole for filling the mixture, it must be poured into a pre-cooled bowl.
Agitator blades cannot be removed, they are tightly fixed to the bottom of the lid.
In other respects the operation algorithm is the same as for all the others: the freezer bowl should initially cool down in the freezer at the temperature no higher than -18 ⁰C for at least 8 hours. The pre-made ice cream mix also needs to be chilled. The manufacturer does not give exact recommendations, but if you use the general rule, the mixture should be chilled in the refrigerator overnight or put in the freezer for 20-25 minutes. Then pour the future ice cream in a bowl, close the lid, plug the device into the outlet, press the button – and the “stirrer” begins to spin. Maximum daily operating time of the dish is specified in the manual – 30 minutes. The mixer shuts down automatically if the motor overheats, which protects the machine from breakage.

The ice cream came together surprisingly well. Turned out a very soft, yet very airy and homogeneous creamy treat that disappeared from the creamers in almost a few minutes.

For the pastry we made Italian ice cream with lemon peel. The first reading of the recipe surprised us: it requires 6 cups of milk and 12 ! egg yolks. Such amount would scare any housewife. Recall that the maximum serving capacity is 320 ml. Why haven’t the manufacturers reduced the required volumes? Want aspiring hostesses to repeat the division? To make the ice cream was enough 1 cup of milk and two yolks.
