Spicy avocado ice cream

We will need:

Small appliances for the kitchen

3 large ripe avocados,

250 ml. cream,

75 ml. mayonnaise,

75 ml. yogurt,

lemon juice,

½ clove of garlic,

2 egg whites,

salt and pepper.

Method of preparation:

Make jam from avocado pulp, mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, garlic and seasonings. Put this in the SIZE along with

cream and lightly beaten egg whites and chill for approximately 20-30 minutes.
