Rose Petal Jam – Gulbeschecker

We will need:

Rose Petal Jam -

100g rose petals,

900 grams of sugar,

0.5 cup water,

1 gram of citric acid.

Method of preparation:

Fill rose petals with sugar and leave for two days. Make a syrup out of water and sugar. Add petals and citric acid to it. Boil it for 10 minutes.
