Ricoh sets new records. Fast and functional devices for small offices

Ricoh, one of the world’s leading providers of printing and workflow solutions, has launched new A4 models for small offices – the SP C360DNw color laser printer and the SP C360SFNw, SP C360SFNw and SP C361SFNw range of MFPs. Reliability, productivity and low running costs are the most important features of Ricoh’s new machines.

What you can do in a minute? Call your partners, book a flight, get a raise or a bonus, smile, and cheer up a colleague… During this time, the new Ricoh printer or MFP will print 28 pages in duplex mode, and in excellent quality 1200×1200 dpi . How many seconds it takes to make your first cup of coffee early in the morning? New Ricoh devices print the first page in a record 7.2 seconds! And all machines are ready to print as soon as you switch them on, not a second of downtime.

The peak load of the new MFPs is up to 75,000 prints per month, that’s about 1,000 large reports. To further reduce operating costs, the new MFPs and printer can be equipped with high-capacity cartridges for up to 10,000 prints. New devices replace a small print shop: they are able to work with heavy paper from 56 to 220 g/m2 , and save money on printing marketing materials – brochures, booklets, catalogs. You can even print banners up to 1260mm long.

Record speed and quality are not the only benefits of the new devices. It’s also a bargain price for devices and low cost per print, Ricoh’s legendary compactness and truly full front access to trays and panels, as well as easy operation and support for modern technology.

The devices fit neatly onto desks and niches in the office, making them easy to set up and change consumables. The new Ricoh machines can be controlled and configured via a customisable 7″ Android-based color touch panel 4″ for the printer that offers intuitive menus so you don’t need a system administrator.

Computers and peripherals

Send scanned documents to email, a network folder, USB stick or SD card with just a few clicks. Or go straight into an electronic document system: the SP C361SFNw allows printing from the control panel from a Web browser and has the ability to integrate with Ricoh’s cloud-based applications.

For network connectivity, the four new units include an Ethernet port and built-in Wi-Fi if you don’t want to drag wires all over the office. The MFPs also support printing from SD memory cards and the latest mobile printing standards including Mopria, AirPrint and Google Cloud Print for smartphone access, as well as connectivity to external devices via NFC and Wi Fi Direct.

HR and accounting departments, as well as client offices, will save time and effort with fast duplex copying and scanning of all document types – from ID cards to A4-size paper – using a unique slot that handles documents from both sides in a single pass.

Commercial availability

The new SP C360DNw printer and SP C360SFNw, SP C360SNw and SP C361SFNw MFPs have been available since April 2018.
