A new look at the Ricoh Pro C9200. Ricoh at PHOTOFORUM 2019

From April 11 to 13, the main event for photographers, Photoforum 2019, took place in New York. This year’s exhibition was wide-ranging and encompassed a wide variety of industries. Ricoh did not stand aside and together with Imagebook company took an active part in the event. The stand aroused great interest among the visitors to the exhibition, it was visited by many guests – both end users amateur and professional photographers and owners of printing houses, copy and photo salons.

The Ricoh Pro C9200, the flagship DTP, and the Ri 100 textile printer were presented at the booth. All guests had a unique opportunity to make a commemorative portrait and print it on Pro C9200, and appreciate the quality of printing. And also to see first hand the Ricoh Ri 100 high quality tissue printing solution.

Besides visiting stands at the Photoforum, guests of the event could also visit the business zone, where the guests could learn about new opportunities for expanding their photography business. Ricoh together with Imagebook held a series of presentations on “Business model based on RICOH equipment”. Efficiency, profitability, quality – these are the key points emphasized by Ricoh and Imagebook representatives in their presentation.

Elena Rudnevskaya, Product Manager industrial printing systems , opened Ricoh’s presentation. Her presentation focused on the opportunities to transition from traditional wet printing to production with digital industrial presses, how to meet industry standards and how the Pro C9200 series offers improved image quality and high-precision register.

Elena has paid attention in her speech that the photobook market is growing and there is no other system of digital color sheet printing which can be compared with Ricoh Pro C9200 possibilities. At the end of her presentation, Elena emphasized the following key features of the flagship, which are particularly important for photo books production

Then the floor was taken by Anton Aksenov, General Director of Imagebook Company. In his speech, he introduced the company, spoke about its activities, and shared with the audience a positive experience of owning a Pro C9200.
