MODEL DESCRIPTION
Premium model. Has no usual burners, instead of the two zones Continuum. Continuum is a modular surface that can operate as two independent or as one large zone. So there can be four independent zones or two large, 40×23 cm. The panel is equipped with interesting and useful functions. The “Start Control” function is designed for stewing, i.e. slow and long cooking. The user can program the duration of the process. Elapsed-Time function allows to see on the display the elapsed time since the last power setting. The control panel is designed to monitor the cooking process and is useful in case the hostess forgets to program the timer.
The “Switch” function for storing the settings monitors the user-selected parameters for a specific cookware. If you move it around the panel during cooking, the settings “jump” with it.
Price: 149 950 Dollars.
