HOB

On the front side there are 16 cm diameter elements with medium power. In the far right, larger, 20 cm. A Booster function is available for them. It enables short-term 10 min cooking on the stove, when the oven is switched off. Increase the power by borrowing from the front zones. Thanks to this function, the power increases to 3,0 kW very significantly. These features enable fast heating of foods, bringing water to boiling point.

OVEN

Multifunctional with a good range of modes. Traditional mode can be used as static only the heat coming from above and below or with a fan to speed up the process and create an even crust on pies and casseroles.

Grill can also be turned on solo and with a fan. Simply used for frying small pieces of flat food such as croutons or chicken legs. The fan grill is designed for large products, with a mode that simulates roasting on a spit.

Mode of convection with a ring heater is intended for cooking on two or three levels of the oven at once. You can cook the same dishes cake tarts as well as different ones, no odors are mixed.

In addition, there is a mode that turns on all the heaters, providing intense heating on all sides, simulating the heat of a stone oven. Its flexible temperature control allows you to use it to roast large cuts of meat, rolls, and feasts like suckling pig and turkey.

CONTROL

The cooking zones are controlled by touch buttons located directly on the panel, like on the built-in. When you select the desired power level, it is displayed on the digital indicator.

To turn the oven on, you need to use the rotary knobs. One selects the temperature of the oven, the second – the mode of operation.

With the programmer, you can control the oven automatically – for turning the heat on and off at fixed times.
