Recipes for Multicooker: Strawberry Shortcake

Today we are going to cook in a Cuckoo multicooker

We will need:

For the batter:

1. Butter – 100 gr.

2. Sour cream – 70 gr.

3. Flour – 1m.tbsp. and 1/ 4 m.Tbsp.

4. Baking powder – 1 tsp.l.

5. Sugar – 3/4 m.Tbsp .

6. Salt – 1 pinch.

Cuckoo

For the cream:

1. Sour cream – 250 ml.

2. Egg – 2 pcs.

3. Sugar – 3/4 m.tbsp.

4. Flour – 2 Tbsp.l.

5. Starch – 2 tbsp.l.

6. Salt – pinch.

7. Vanilla – a tip of knife

For the stuffing:

1. Strawberries – 500g.

Cooking:

Pour the second piece of strawberry shortcrust pastry over it.

1. Add all the ingredients for the dough to the melted butter, mix everything thoroughly, roll into a ball and put in the fridge.

2. Rinse and divide strawberries into two pieces of 250 grams each.

3. Beat eggs with sugar, flour and starch, add sour cream and vanilla.

4. Spread the chilled pastry along the bottom of the bowl, spread out one half of the 250g strawberries and drizzle with the cream.

5. Select “OVEN” program with “RIGHT”, “LEFT” buttons, set time 60 minutes and temperature level 3. Press “START” button.

6. After baking place the second part of the strawberries on top of the pie.
