Watermelon Strawberry Sherbet with elā€™master juicer ā€“ fast, delicious and healthy!

We will need:

Watermelon, pitted ā€“ 1000 g ,

Lime ā€“ 1 pc,

Sugar powder ā€“ to taste,

Creme de menthe,

Frozen strawberries ā€“ 300g.

Stadler Form

Method of preparation:

Pass watermelon, lime, strawberries through elā€™master juicer, add powdered sugar and mix thoroughly. Then we wrap the mixture in an airtight container and freeze it for a few hours.

Every hour, take the mixture out of the freezer and mix it thoroughly with a spoon or mixer while possible. This is to prevent formation of ice crystals in ice cream. It takes 6-8 hours to freeze sherbet completely. When ready, place in a bowl and garnish with a fresh berry or lime.

This sounds absolutely refreshing and mouthwatering! Iā€™m curious to know if the elā€™master juicer is easy to use and clean. Does it effectively extract the flavors from the watermelon and strawberries, resulting in a smooth and creamy sherbet? And most importantly, does it preserve the healthy properties of the fruits?
