Recipe for Rolsen multicooker: potatoes and chicken stew

Will need:

Rolsen RMC-5077 Multicooker

Half chicken a pair of thighs or breast , 8 potatoes, 1 carrot, 100 gr cheese, 1-2 cloves of garlic, 1 tbsp. Spoon mayonnaise, season to taste.

Preparation:

Chop the chicken into pieces. Peel and grate carrots. Peel garlic, cut into slices. Fry chicken, carrots and garlic for 10 minutes in the broiling program.

Peel the potatoes, cut into large pieces. Add to the bowl. Taste and season with salt and pepper.

Mix mayonnaise with water to make 1/2 cup liquid, pour into a bowl. Grate cheese on a coarse grater. Pour into a bowl. Cook in the Braise program for 1 to 2 hours
