Method of preparation:
1. Chop onion finely, dice potatoes, cut mushrooms in slices. Tie a bunch of parsley with a string.
2. Pour the sunflower oil into the pan of multicooker, put chopped onion.
3. Fry onion until golden color in “Baking” mode, 20 minutes, add mushrooms and continue frying for another 20 minutes.
4. Add potatoes, sour cream, salt, parsley bunch, ground pepper and bay leaf. Stir and cook on broil, 30 minutes, pressure 3.
5. After the beep, turn off the multicooker and release the pressure.
6. Spread the stewed potatoes on plates, garnish with finely chopped fresh herbs and serve.
Cooking time – 1 hour 20 minutes.
