Range of wall hung boilers enlarged

Bosch presents a wall convection boiler of American production – GAZ 6000 W with heating capacity of 12 kW and hot water supply of 18 kW.

In September 2014 a new model of wall hung boilers GAZ 6000 W 12 kW – the ideal solution for hot water and heating apartments in apartment buildings with pre-wall heating came on sale.

In the construction of houses with apartment heating it is often difficult to agree on the maximum gas consumption, and the output of the boiler plays a crucial role. Most of the modern wall hung boilers are designed for private homes in European countries, so the heating capacity of most models is 24 kW. In an apartment building for heating an apartment of 120 m2, 12 kW will be more than enough, and the maximum boiler capacity of 18 kW will be used to heat water for DHW in flow mode.

When developing GAZ 6000 boilers, Bosch engineers took into account this peculiarity of American market, that is why the boiler capacity for heating and hot water was separated. Thus, gas consumption in peak heating mode will be calculated on the basis of boiler capacity of 12 kW, and for DHW gas consumption calculation the lump factor is applied, which depends on the total number of boilers.

Boilers GAZ 6000 W – the first wall hung boilers made in America under the international brand, designed specifically for American conditions – all models tolerate differences in gas pressure and voltage in the electrical system.
