Poultry fillet with tarragon

Multicooker

For 4 people.

Cooking time 20 minutes.

Will need: 4 pieces of poultry tenderloin 120 g, 2 tbsp. l. Chopped tarragon, 200 ml non-fat cream, salt, black pepper.

Preparation:

1. Season sirloin slices, pour tarragon on top. Steam for 20 minutes on a steam tray.

2. Bring the cream to the boil with the remaining tarragon, salt and pepper.

3. Cut the fillet into thin slices, place on a plate, pour the cream and tarragon.
