Breaded chicken
Needed:
2 chicken breasts,
1 egg,
100 g hard cheese,
breadcrumbs,
1 Tbsp. l. mayonnaise,
Chicken spice mix,
garlic, salt.
Methods: cut chicken breasts in two pieces, lightly baste and make the cut across the entire width. Salt and sprinkle with spices and put a slice of cheese in each cut. Beat egg with mayonnaise and salt.
Dip each breast in egg, roll in breadcrumbs, fry on very hot pan 1-2 minutes per side, place on the grill.
Cook on high speed for 10-15 minutes.
Chicken Breasts with Cheese and Smoked Brisket
Needed:
2 chicken breasts,
100 g of easy-to-melt cheese,
100g of smoked pork belly,
2 eggs,
100 g cream,
2 tomatoes,
1 large onion,
Salt, pepper or spice mix for chicken.
To prepare: Cut tomatoes into rings and cover the bottom of the dish. Salt. Cut chicken breasts into slices across the fibers and place loosely in the mold on top of the tomatoes. Peel onion, finely chop and fry with brisket. Sprinkle over the chicken. Grate the cheese, pour it over the chicken and brisket and sprinkle with spices – pepper or mix for chicken.
Whisk the eggs with the cream and pour it over the chicken. Bake in the air grill for about half an hour at medium speed and temperature.
Wings for beer in hot sauce
Needed:

1 chicken 1-1,2 kg,
1 bottle of good beer,
salt, pepper, dried garlic,
